YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated September 20, 2026
This notice describes the information handled by the RunMyTrucks website and trucking operations platform. For privacy questions, contact the RunMyTrucks team at william+runmytrucks@deepgreenai.com.
Information you provide
When you create an account or use a workspace, we receive the information you or your company enter. This can include your name, email address, company details, role, and authentication information, along with jobs, truck and driver details, business contacts, schedules, logs, load tickets, maintenance records, invoices, expenses, and uploaded files. Password-based accounts use a stored password hash.
Your company decides what business records to enter and who receives access. Only upload personal information and files that you are authorized to share for your business’s work. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic identity information so we can authenticate you. We request the openid, email, and profile permissions, and store your name, email address, and Google account identifier to create or recognize your account. We do not receive your Google password, request access to your Gmail, contacts, or Drive files, or use Google sign-in information for advertising.
You can manage the RunMyTrucks connection in your Google account. Removing that connection does not by itself delete your RunMyTrucks account or business records. Google handles information under its own privacy policy.
Optional truck tracking and maps
If a workspace owner connects DroneMobile, we process the account sign-in and any verification code to establish the connection. The password and verification code are not saved. We retain encrypted provider tokens to retrieve vehicle readings until the connection is disconnected or requires sign-in again.
The connection stores the latest available readings for accessible vehicles, which can include location, vehicle identifiers, ignition or engine state, battery voltage, and reporting times. Owners choose which provider vehicles to match to their workspace trucks. The app displays matched readings to that workspace’s owners and dispatchers; drivers do not receive access to this tracking view. The current integration does not build a trip-history archive. Disconnecting removes the active connection and its stored readings; protected infrastructure backups may retain earlier copies.
Viewing an embedded Google map sends the displayed truck coordinates and normal browser request information to Google. Google processes those requests under its privacy policy. Only connect tracking accounts and vehicles your business is authorized to use.
How we use information
We use information to operate the platform: create and secure accounts, keep company records, show information according to each user’s role, support dispatch and reporting, respond to support requests, maintain activity history, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell workspace data.
Access and service providers
Workspace owners manage team access. Owners and dispatchers can see records permitted by their roles; drivers receive access to their assigned work and related records. Information is not published to other fleet customers through the platform.
Authorized service personnel may access information when needed to operate, support, or secure the service. Infrastructure providers process information on our behalf; the hosted platform uses Amazon Web Services. Google processes authentication information when you choose Google sign-in. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service or its users.
Cookies and technical information
The app uses essential session and authentication cookies to keep you signed in and complete secure sign-in flows. Hosting systems may process request information such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and error details for operation and security. This marketing site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Keeping and deleting records
Workspace records are retained to support the ongoing business history of the workspace. Archiving a record is not the same as deleting it. Retention can also depend on support, security, backup, and legal needs. A backup may retain a prior copy after a record is removed from the active system.
Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your workspace owner. Requests involving shared business records are considered together with the company’s rights and obligations. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
Security and your choices
The service uses authentication and role-based access controls. No internet service can guarantee that information will never be lost or accessed without authorization. Protect your sign-in account, share access only with intended team members, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
The platform is intended for business use, not for children. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us. We may update this notice as the service changes and will publish the updated date on this page.
