Pilot terms

RunMyTrucks is a trucking operations platform for business owners, dispatchers, and drivers. These terms describe use of the pilot service. Contact the RunMyTrucks team at william+runmytrucks@deepgreenai.com with questions before creating a workspace.

Your account and workspace

Use the service only if you are authorized to act for the business whose information you enter. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use your own account. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team roles and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

The pilot service

The pilot helps you organize assignments, fleet information, contacts, operational records, documents, and invoice tracking. Features may change as we learn from pilot use. Availability, support response times, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed during the pilot. Keep independent copies of records that are essential to your business.

Creating a workspace does not charge a payment card or enroll your business in an automatic paid subscription. Any future paid service, pricing, or separate commercial commitment must be presented and agreed to separately.

Your business responsibilities

You remain responsible for your trucking operation, dispatch decisions, driver qualifications, inspections, permits, insurance, safety, and required recordkeeping. Verify entered information and outputs before relying on them, including invoice quantities, rates, taxes, and financial reports.

Operational logs in RunMyTrucks are not a certified electronic logging device or a regulatory hours-of-service record. Optional experimental truck tracking displays last-reported provider readings; it does not guarantee real-time location or replace required safety systems. The app does not provide truck navigation, legal or tax advice, payroll processing, or payment collection. Use the appropriate systems and professional advice for those needs.

Your information and files

You retain your rights in the records and files you provide. You authorize RunMyTrucks and its service providers to store, process, display, and back up that information as needed to provide and support the platform. Only enter or upload information you have permission to use and share with your workspace.

Our privacy notice explains how information is handled, including Google sign-in and requests involving personal information. Workspace owners control access to business records within their teams.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, upload malicious files, attempt to access another company’s records, bypass access controls, or disrupt the platform. Report suspected security issues privately to the RunMyTrucks team.

Ending access and changes

You can stop using the platform and contact us about closing your account, exporting available records, or requesting deletion. Removing a team member’s access does not automatically remove shared business records.

We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations. If we change or end the pilot, we will communicate the change through the service or the account contact information where practical. Updated terms will be published with a new date; a new paid commitment requires a separate agreement.
